Privacy
Updated 5 November 2026. See also our terms.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your store, and we don't sell personal information.
- If you own a brand, we are responsible for your account's information.
- If you buy from a brand's store, that brand is responsible for your information and we handle it on its behalf.
- Try-on photos are only used to show you a piece, with your consent, and are deleted on a timer.
Who we are
Objectifly is run by Eliyahu Moshe Leinkram (ABN 98 293 572 810), New South Wales, Australia. Write to hello@objectifly.com about anything on this page.
If you run a brand
We collect:
- your email and, if you use Google to sign in, your name;
- your brand's details: name, address on Objectifly, legal name, contact email, and what you add to the studio;
- your payment provider's keys, kept encrypted and used only for your store;
- your card, which is held by Stripe: we keep only a reference and the last digits;
- how you use the service, in technical logs, to keep it running and safe.
We use this to run your store, charge our fee, send you messages about your account and orders, and prevent abuse. Our legal grounds are our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
If you visit or buy from a store
Each store built on Objectifly is run by the brand named on it, and that brand is the seller. It decides how your information is used, and its contact details are on its store. We handle the following for it:
- your name, email and delivery address, and what you ordered;
- the messages sent to you about your order, in the brand's name;
- try-on photos if you choose to use try-on (below).
Your payment details go to the brand's payment provider. They don't pass through or stay with Objectifly. To exercise your rights, ask the brand first, or write to us and we'll pass it on and help.
Who else sees it
- The brand you bought from.
- The manufacturer making your order: the piece, and the name and delivery address when it ships to you. Manufacturers are independent businesses.
- The companies that run the service for us: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and email), our database host, Stripe (our fee), Google (only if you sign in with Google), and our AI model and image providers (the assistant and try-on).
- The authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these are outside your country, so your information can be handled in other countries, under contracts or safeguards where the law asks for them. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Try-on photos
Before your first photo is uploaded we ask for your consent. Photos are used only to show a piece on you. They are processed by an image provider working for us, only to make that picture, and are never used to train AI, ours or anyone's, and never shown to anyone else. They are deleted on the timer shown on the store's privacy page, or sooner when you delete them or ask. Only upload photos of yourself or of someone who has agreed.
The assistant
What a brand owner types into the assistant is sent to our AI model provider to carry it out. Don't put anyone's personal information in it. It isn't used to train models under our arrangement with the provider where that choice is offered to us.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We don't use advertising cookies on objectifly.com.
How long we keep it
Account information stays while your account is open. Order records stay as long as the brand and tax law need them, usually around seven years. Logs are kept for a short time. We delete or anonymise the rest when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, move or delete your information, object to how it is used, and complain to your privacy regulator. Write to hello@objectifly.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are a store's customer we may need to involve that brand.
Children
Objectifly isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and, for a change that matters, tell account holders by email first.
