Questions
What does it cost to try?
Nothing. Building your store, adding pieces and choosing a look are free for as long as you like, and your draft stays private. No card is needed to start.
When does the US$20 a month start?
When you publish your store. It's charged to the card you add in your studio. Take the store back to a draft and it stops.
How is the 5% charged?
To the same card, as its own line per order, once your payment provider has confirmed the sale.
What if I refund an order?
A full refund before your manufacturer has started gives you the 5% back. Once they have started, it stays.
What if my card fails?
We warn you and you have three days to fix it. After that, the order for that fee waits at the manufacturer step until it's paid.
Does money pass through Objectifly?
No. Customers pay you through your own payment provider, on your own account. Our fees are separate charges to your card.
What else will I pay for, outside Objectifly?
Your payment provider's own fees, your manufacturer for making and metal, shipping, and your taxes. These are your business costs and we take no cut of them. Your price floor allows for card fees and our 5%, so a price can't drop below cost.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Follow the metal with your own margins, or set a fixed price. You are the seller and your prices are yours.
